Hello everyone, I'm at the beginning of my journey in converting to Judaism. I have yet to even enter the synagogue, every-time I try to contact one of the rabbi at Beth Jacob they never return my phone call or email. Is this normal? Should I just go and keep to myself or approach one of the rabbi's of the orthodox community.Also I am very interested in knowing your experiences in converting and how long it will be before one is a Jew.See More

After hearing several Jewish dating website horror stories from fellow JOCs, and after experiencing a couple of my own while on a scouting mission, I've decided to to create a dating site exclusively for Jews of Color. And so Jocflock.Org was born. So get to mingling!
